La stampante è arrivata nei tempi e ben imballata. Appena avviata e configurata ho iniziato ad utilizzarla:in bianco e nero il prodotto è ottimo: stampe veloci, pulite e senza sbavature.a colori appaiono delle righe verticali (vedi immagini).Ho provato a contattare l'assistenza Lexmark via mail, ma non ho avuto riscontri, quindi ho avviato la procedura di reso.Ora sto valutando se dare un'altra possibilità a questo prodotto che, sinceramente mi sembra buono: non tutte le ciambelle riescono col buco.EDIT: contattata l'assistenza per telefono, mi hanno chiesto l'invio di una prova di stampa e in un paio di giorni mi hanno inviato le istruzioni per pulire le testine di stampa.Eseguita l'operazione la stampante va alla grande.Un encomio anche ad Amazon che si era resa disponibile all'immediato ritiro del prodotto.
