It took me a minute)- Scanner, photocopier work great, the fax I have not yet tried- Photographic prints, of course, it takes other tools- the front/retro printing is automatic- the white sheets are hidden in the drawer, unlike other laser (another reason that prompted me to buy this model). This must be underlined, if you love the decoration, choose models with retractable drawer- the design is pleasant (it is certainly always a multifunction printer, a granite block, but in the whole it is appreciated)- the toner for printing of 700 sheets is included. I printed about 150-200 of them, so I still don't know if it actually is so- the display is intuitive. It is not touch, but it doesn't matter, therefore, hello hello ink-jet, bye bye lithigi with chip, bye bye unnecessary waste of money in cartridges that dry out after two months. Per le mie (poche) attività di stampa domestica ho sempre usato delle stampanti a getto d'inchiostro che regolarmente dopo qualche tempo iniziavano a funzionare male perché gli ugelli si rovinano se non usati spesso.Questa volta ho deciso di prendere una stampante laser. Ho scelto una monocromatica perché la maggioranza delle mie necessità di stampa sono documenti, quindi non mi serve il colore.Ho scelto questo modello per via del prezzo, delle funzioni accessorie (copia e scanner).La qualità di stampa è valida, almeno per un utenza domestica. Certo le stampanti aziendali hanno una qualità migliore ma costano anche migliaia di euro. Però ci ho stampato una ricerca scolastica per mio figlio e il risultato è ottimo.Il motivo per cui non ho messo 5 stelle è fondamentalmente uno: la stampante può operare via wireless o via usb. Non è possibili far convivere i due modi di collegamento. Io l'ho installata come wireless perché ormai tutti i dispositivi sono abilitati e perché ho comunque una rete sempre attiva a casa, come quasi tutti noi. Ma non capisco il perché di questa limitazione, visto che la mia stampante precedente poteva gestire le due modalità in parallelo senza problemi (parliamo di una stampante da 60 euro).La procedura di configurazione non è esattamente immediata ma basta scaricare dal sito del produttore il pacchetto completo e seguire le istruzioni per configurare la stampante in una decina di minuti (dipende da quanto ci si mette a scaricare i 280 mega di software che includono driver, utility e programmi vari).Una volta configurata come wireless, la stampante sarà accessibile dalla rete wifi. Nonostante abbia installato la stampante in una stanza diversa da quella dove si trova il router, la "forza" del segnale wifi è buona. Però nel corso della procedura di installazione e fino al riavvio della stampante, mi dava l'indicatore del wifi lampeggiante, segno di connessione debole. Problema risolto dopo il riavvio.Le opzioni disponibili nella configurazione sono davvero molte. L'unico limite è una relativa lentezza del web server integrato che mostra il pannello di configurazione ma è normale in questa fascia di prodotti. L'usabilità è molto buona. Data la ricchezza delle opzioni, consiglio di non modificare alcuni parametri se non si è certi si cosa si stia facendo.Lo scanner è semplice ma più che valido per un uso domestico. Funziona sia col software fornito dal produttore che con il prodotto standard di windows. Il software del produttore è migliore e permette di intervenire su più parametri rispetto all'app standard di Windows.Il toner fornito di serie dovrebbe permettere circa 1000 stampe, chiaramente dipende anche da cosa si stampa.Finito il toner fornito, se ne possono acquistare due modelli di cui il più capiente permette circa 2800 stampe per un prezzo (al momento) di circa 70 euro (il modello meno capiente permette 1200 stampe per circa 45 euro).In generale consiglio l'acquisto di questa stampante a chi come me abbia necessità di stampare principalmente documenti di testo non in modo continuo.Personalmente, le (rare) volte che ho necessità di stampare lavori a colori preferisco andare in un negozio specializzato e acquistare le singole stampe. Avrò un lavoro graficamente migliore e non avrò il vincolo di una stampante laser a colori che richiede toner costosi e spese per il primo acquisto decisamente superiori (se si vuole una stampa a colori professionale).SUGGERIMENTI:in questi primi giorni ho sperimentato due problemi: alcune volte la stampante risultava offline dal mio computer nonostante fosse pronta e la difficoltà a stampare da cellulare via wifi direct.Per il prima problema ho dovuto impostare le preferenze wireless della stampante sulla 2,4 ghz (prima era impostata su 2,4 e 5). Per la stampa da cellulare via wifi direct il problema era che le istruzioni non sono per nulla chiare. In pratica, una volta attivato il wifi direct sul telefono, si manda in stampa un documento. La stampante a quel punto chiede una conferma ma non si capisce come darla. o scoperto che basta premere il tasto wireless sulla stampante (quello illuminato di blu) e il cellulare si connette senza problemi e stampa.

hp 281 fwStampante laser a colori con scanner e fax.È dotata di schermo a tocco ma ciò non mi impedisce di usarla da non vedente tramite mac o iphone con l’aiuto di voiceover.Va da sè che la funzione di fotocopia, stampa, fax eseguita direttamente da stampante non sarà accessibile causa schermo a tocco.Perchè mi piace:1) la possibilità di stampare da mac fronte e retro in modo automatico, fa tutto da sola basta impostare questa funzione prima di lanciare la stampa.2) Anche dall’iphone o dall’ipad si può stampare direttamente tramite airprint senza utilizzare altre applicazioni. Hp comunque sull’apple store ne fornisce una: hpeprint.Anche da questi device,se l’app lo consente, è possibile attivare la stampa con la funzione di stampa fronte/retro in modo automatico.3) lo scanner formato a4 è velocissimo, confrontato con il mio vecchio canon lide 100 non ci son paragoni.Mi ero preoccupato perché finerider non funziona con questo scanner, per fortuna però con l’applicazione hpscan è possibile effettuare l’ocr e inviare il file via fax.Come ocr viene proposto in seguito lo scaricamento di readiris versione 15. Infine basta scrivere il numero di telefono del fax e lo s’invia.Nel caso di ricezione non so dire nulla perchè non ne ho ancora ricevuti e forse non ne riceverò mai.6) Ho provato che su mac arrivano gli avvisi in caso di mancanza di carta o inceppamento, quest’ultimo incidente è stato provocato di proposito per verifica.Per chi legge, queste sono informazioni scontate, ma per me non lo sono.Ho messo 4 stelle perché nella mia situazione sarebbe utile che lo schermo a tocco fosse assistito anche da una voce sintetica che ti assiste.
